Our team works with all types of buyers throughout the region to gather local food demand and pricing. Our Production Managers then work one-on-one with producers to develop production plans to meet our demand. These plans help the producer help determine what to grow-when to plant-when to harvest, and establishes a price range. This planning allows our sales team to develop a product inventory to offer our wholesale customers every week, fill our farm shares, and expand our online retail market.

The Greenville Farm Kitchen is a FDA Certified Manufacturing Facility located within the Old Greenville School complex in Greenville, WV. This certification allows us to sell value-added products to customers, who then sell or distribute that product to third parties. Our FDA certification is much more extensive and regulated than a county food establishment.
Our kitchen employees do the sanitizing, processing, chopping, cutting, etc, tasks. A list of those services and products are available through the Greenville Farm Kitchen. Contact Natasha Hiner for more information |
